The issue

Certain vehicles may have been equipped with a front passenger airbag that does not meet specifications. This could cause the front passenger airbag to fail to deploy properly in the event of a crash that warrants deployment of the passenger frontal airbag, which could increase the risk of injury to the occupants. Correction: Dealers will replace front passenger airbag module.

Certains véhicules ont été dotés d'un coussin gonflable pour le passager avant non conforme aux exigences. Un coussin gonflable défectueux pourrait ne pas se déployer lors d'une collision nécessitant son déploiement, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques de blessures au passager avant. Mesures correctives : Les concessionnaires doivent remplacer le module du coussin gonflable du passager avant.
