The issue
On certain side-by-side vehicles, the front passenger seat belt buckle bolt may not have been tightened to the correct specification due to a manufacturing error. If the bolt was not tightened, there is a potential for the bolt to back out and result in the front passenger seat belt not restraining the occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect the seat belt buckle bolt and ensure it is tightened to specification.

Dans certains véhicules côte à côte, le boulon de la boucle de la ceinture de sécurité du passager avant pourrait avoir été mal serré en raison d'une erreur de fabrication. Si le boulon a été mal serré, il pourrait sortir de son logement et la ceinture de sécurité du passager avant pourrait alors ne pas retenir l'occupant comme prévu, ce qui augmenterait les risques de blessures. Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter le boulon de la boucle de la ceinture de sécurité, ainsi que s'assurer qu'il a été bien serré.
