The issue
On certain travel trailers, the electrical circuit from the battery to the 35 amp converter may be wired incorrectly and bypass the fuse. If a short-circuit occurs, an unprotected circuit could overheat resulting in a fire, increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a fuse harness assembly with a circuit breaker.

Sur certaines caravanes classiques, le circuit électrique entre la batterie et le convertisseur de 35 ampères pourrait avoir été mal fait et ne pas être relié au fusible. En cas de courtcircuit, un circuit non protégé pourrait surchauffer et provoquer un incendie, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques de blessures ou de dommages matériels (ou les deux). Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires devront poser un faisceau de fusible avec un disjoncteur.
