The issue

On certain travel trailers, a 30 amp circuit breaker was incorrectly installed during manufacturing. Instead, a 15 amp circuit breaker should have been installed. With an incorrect amperage circuit breaker, the wiring of the breaker cannot manage the amp draw requirements, which could result in the wiring melting, and increase the risk of a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a new replacement 15 amp circuit breaker.

Un disjoncteur de 30 A a été posé par erreur lors de la fabrication de certaines caravanes classiques. Le disjoncteur qui aurait dû être posé est un disjoncteur de 15 A. À cause de cette erreur, le fil du disjoncteur ne peut supporter l'ampérage, ce qui pourrait le faire fondre et augmenter les risques d'un incendie blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront poser un disjoncteur neuf de 15 A à la place.
