The issue
On certain travel trailers, the compartment that houses the refrigerator may not have been properly sealed during vehicle assembly. If the compartment was not properly sealed, it is possible for carbon monoxide and/or propane gas to enter the living area, which could lead to asphyxiation or carbon monoxide poisoning to occupants. Correction: Dealers will remove the refrigerator, reseal the compartment, and reinstall the refrigerator.

Dans certaines caravanes classiques, le compartiment qui contient le réfrigérateur pourrait avoir été mal scellé lors de l'assemblage du véhicule. Si le compartiment a été mal scellé, il est possible que du monoxyde de carbone et/ou du gaz propane entre dans l'espace habitable, ce qui pourrait entraîner une asphyxie ou une intoxication au monoxyde de carbone pour les occupants. Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires devront retirer le réfrigérateur, resceller le compartiment et réinstaller le réfrigérateur.
