The issue
On certain BMW M5 models, an error in the engine control unit software may cause the fuel pump to stop working. This could cause the engine to stall, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will update the engine control unit software.

Sur certaines BMW M5, une erreur au niveau du logiciel de l'unité de commande du moteur pourrait faire en sorte que la pompe à carburant cesse de fonctionner. Cela pourrait faire caler le moteur, ce qui augmente les risques d'un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront mettre à jour le logiciel de l'unité de commande du moteur.
