The issue

On certain vacuum excavator trucks, the hydraulic dump body cylinder could corrode at the threaded joint, causing it to fail. If this occurs during a dump cycle, the dump body could unexpectedly move and create a risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will repair or replace the hydraulic dump body cylinder as necessary.

Dans certains camions d’excavation par aspiration, le piston hydraulique de benne basculante pourrait rouiller à l’emplacement du joint fileté et potentiellement subir une défaillance qui, en cours de vidage, pourrait entraîner un déplacement inattendu de la benne et poser des risques de blessures. Mesure corrective : les détaillants doivent réparer ou remplacer le piston s’il y a lieu.
