The issue
On certain vehicles, the wheel bolts may not have been properly tightened. This could cause a wheel could become loose and fall off the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. In addition, the wheel assembly could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the wheel bolts and tighten them to specification.

Sur certains véhicules, les boulons de roue pourraient ne pas avoir été serrés adéquatement. Cela pourrait faire en sorte qu'une roue devienne lâche et se détache du véhicule, ce qui augmente les risques d'un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. De plus, la roue pourrait percuter un véhicule, un objet stationnaire ou une personne située à proximité, ce qui blesserait quelqu'un ou endommagerait des biens matériels.
