The issue
On certain vehicles, the owner's manual may not have been provided, or an incorrect manual was provided. This would result in an owner not having written information required by the Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. If important safety information is not available to the owner, such as information regarding child restraint anchorage use, there could be an increased risk of injury in a crash. Correction: Honda will mail the correct owner's manual to all affected owners.

Sur certains véhicules, le manuel du propriétaire pourrait ne pas avoir été fourni ou est incorrect. Cela ferait en sorte qu'un propriétaire n'aurait pas l'information écrite requise par le Règlement sur la sécurité des véhicules automobiles du Canada. Si de l'information importante concernant la sécurité n'était pas disponible pour le propriétaire, comme l'information concernant l'utilisation de l'ancrage de retenue pour enfant, il pourrait y avoir un risque accru de blessures lors d'un accident. Correction : Honda devra envoyer par la poste le bon manuel du propriétaire à tous les propriétaires visés.
