The issue

On certain buses, the front observation window located directly above the windshield may have incorrectly received tempered safety glass. In the event road debris were to strike the glass, the window may shatter and glass could fall into the occupant compartment, increasing the risk of injury. Correction: Federal Coach will send new replacement laminate window to affected owners and will cover installation costs.

Dans certains autobus, la fenêtre d'observation avant située directement au-dessus du pare-brise pourrait avoir été fabriquée, par erreur, en verre de sécurité trempé. Si des débris de la route sont projetés sur cette fenêtre, le verre pourrait se briser et des éclats de verre pourraient tomber dans l'habitacle, ce qui augmenterait les risques de blessures. Mesure corrective : Federal Coach enverra une fenêtre en verre feuilleté de remplacement neuve aux propriétaires touchés et assumera les frais d'installation.
