The issue

On certain vehicles, the auxiliary heater connector may not have been properly inserted into the auxiliary heater. This could lead to increased resistance in the auxiliary heater circuit, increasing the risk of fire, causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the auxiliary heater and connector if necessary.

Sur certains véhicules, le raccord du système de chauffage auxiliaire pourrait ne pas avoir été inséré adéquatement dans le système de chauffage auxiliare. Cela pourrait augmenter la résistance dans le circuit du système de chauffage auxiliaire, ce qui augmente les risques d'incendie blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et remplacer le raccord et le système de chauffage auxiliaire au besoin.
