The issue
Issue: On certain 5-door cars, when the rear defroster is switched on, the rear glass may develop hot spots. Safety Risk: A person that comes in contact with hot spots on the rear glass could have an increased risk of a burn injury. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their car to a dealer to have the rear glass replaced.

Problème : Sur certaines voitures 5 portes, des points chauds pourraient apparaître sur la vitre arrière lorsque le dégivreur arrière est allumé. Risques pour la sécurité : Il y a un risque accru de brûlure chez une personne qui entre en contact avec des points chauds sur la vitre arrière. Mesures correctives : Le constructeur doit aviser par courrier les propriétaires d'apporter leur véhicule chez un concessionnaire pour faire remplacer la vitre arrière.
