The issue
Issue: On a small number of RV trailers, the exhaust exit for the water heater is located too close to the tail lamp. As a result, the tail lamp lens could melt. Safety Risk: A melted tail lamp could make the vehicle less visible to others, and could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to install a new flush-mount tail lamp.

Problème : Sur un petit nombre de caravanes classiques, la sortie d'échappement du chauffe-eau est située trop près du feu arrière. Par conséquent, la lentille du feu arrière pourrait fondre. Risques pour la sécurité : Un feu arrière fondu pourrait rendre le véhicule moins visible pour les autres et augmenter les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : Forest River doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'apporter leur caravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire installer un nouveau feu arrière affleurante.
