The issue
Issue: On small number of RV trailers, the wire connections for the shore power inlet may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the connections could loosen and cause a short circuit or electrical arcing (sparks). Safety Risk: A short circuit or electrical arcing could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Heartland RV will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to replace the shore power inlet.

Problème : Sur un petit nombre de caravanes, les raccords de fils électriques de l'entrée d'alimentation pourraient être mal serrés. Par conséquent, les raccords pourraient se desserrer et causer un court-circuit ou la production d'arcs électriques (étincelles). Risques pour la sécurité : Un court-circuit ou un arc électrique pourrait créer un risque d'incendie. Mesures correctives : Heartland RV doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur caravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire remplacer l'entrée d'alimentation.
