The issue

Issue: On a small number of motorhomes, a wiring problem could cause the slide-out room to extend from the motorhome while driving. Safety Risk: A slide-out room that extends from the motorhome while driving could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to install a signal wire to the battery control center.

Problème : Sur un petit nombre d'autocaravanes, un problème de câblage pourrait faire sortir l"extension coulissante de l'autocaravane pendant la conduite. Risques pour la sécurité : Une extension coulissante qui sort de l'autocaravane pendant la conduite peut augmenter le risque d'accident. Mesures correctives : Forest River doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire installer un fil de signal au centre de contrôle de la batterie.
