The issue

Issue: On one RV trailer, an incorrect fuse may have been installed for the power hub. As a result, the wiring could overheat and melt before the fuse blows. Safety Risk: Wiring that overheats and melts can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Airstream will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their RV trailer to a dealership to replace the power hub.

Problème : Sur une caravane, le mauvais fusible pourrait avoir été installé pour le bloc d'alimentation. Par conséquent, le câblage pourrait surchauffer et fondre avant que le fusible saute. Risque pour la sécurité : Un câblage qui surchauffe et fond peut créer un risque d'incendie. Mesures correctives : Airstream doit aviser le propriétaire par la poste et lui demander d'amener sa caravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire remplacer le bloc d'alimentation.
