The issue

Issue: On certain motorcycles, the upper triple clamp could fracture. If this happens, there could be a loss of control. Safety Risk: A loss of control could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Harley-Davidson will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the upper triple clamp.

Problème : Sur certaines motocyclettes, la bride triple du haut pourrait se fracturer. Si cela se produisait, il pourrait y avoir une perte de contrôle. Risques pour la sécurité : Une perte de contrôle pourrait augmenter les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : HarleyDavidson doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur motocyclette chez un concessionnaire pour faire remplacer la bride triple du haut.
