The issue
Issue: Under certain conditions, when the truck is stationary, a software problem could cause the state of charge to be wrongly displayed as 0% even when battery is charged. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: Rizon will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to update the battery management system and DC-box software.

Problème : Dans certaines conditions, lorsque le camion est à l'arrêt, un problème logiciel pourrait faire en sorte que l'état de charge s'affiche par erreur à 0 %, même si la batterie est chargée. Si cela se produisait, il pourrait y avoir une perte de puissance aux roues. Risques pour la sécurité : Une perte de puissance aux roues pourrait augmenter le risque d'accident. Mesures correctives : Rizon doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur camion chez un concessionnaire pour mettre à jour le logiciel du système de gestion de la batterie et de la boîte de distribution CC.
