The issue

Issue: On certain vehicles, the bolts securing the axle shafts to the drive unit may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the axle shaft(s) could separate from the drive unit and cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2025-535. This recall only affects certain Air Pure rear-wheel drive models. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Lucid will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a Lucid Service Center or Lucid Customer Care to schedule an appointment to replace the axle shaft bolts.

Problème : Sur certains véhicules, les boulons qui fixent les arbres d'essieu sur l'unité d'entraînement pourraient avoir été mal serrés. Par conséquent, le ou les arbres d'essieu pourraient se séparer de l'unité d'entraînement et causer une perte de puissance soudaine aux roues. Remarque : Ce rappel s'ajoute au rappel de Transports Canada numéro 2025-535. Ce rappel ne concerne que certains modèles Air Pure à propulsion arrière. Risques pour la sécurité : Une perte de puissance aux roues pourrait augmenter les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : Lucid doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander de communiquer avec un centre de services Lucid ou le service à la clientèle de Lucid pour prendre un rendez-vous afin de faire remplacer les boulons d'arbre d'essieu.
