The risk
The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the maximum speed of the machine is high for the little children so the consequences can be very serious if the control is lost. There is no speed limiter in the machine, - the fastenings of the foot pegs and their mountings seem to be unsafe because the fastening is loosening by itself. If the fastening fails it can cause a leg injury, - chain guard is sloppy and fragile piece of plastic, - insufficient use instructions. The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
Product: Mini-motorbike for children and adults, 49 cc. Maximum load is 110 kg.
