The risk
The product poses a serious risk of injuries because:- there is insufficient guarding of the engine drive chain and rear-most sprocket;- the fuel is vented via the filler cap directly in front of the rider which has health, machine control and fire hazard implications;- the engine stop has no additional action to re-set;- the handlebar levers are not ball ended;- the free movement of the steering mechanism is being fouled by mis-aligned body parts;- sharp edges are also present;- no user manual is supplied with the machine. The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
