The risk
The product poses a risk of fire because slight movement of the engine when travelling could cause a fuel line to come into contact with the engine compartment cladding. This may cause a knocking sound and abrasion markings could occur on the fuel line itself, leading to fuel leakage.Five reported incidents.
Product: The recall concerns cars built between 30 November 2006 and 18 January 2008.
