The risk
This product poses a risk of injuries because:- the rear mudguards are weak and sharp, - it can be started with gear on by the remote control,- a possible loss of control because it is possible to select the 1st gear after the 4th gear (there is a free gear between them but no limitation),- the speed is too high for a small children and a possible accident may be severe. Speed limiter doesn’t necessarily eliminate this problem. In addition declaration of conformity is missing and markings of the machine are insufficient. The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
