The product poses a risk of fire, burns and injuries because:- the fuel system has defects which could result in fuel escaping,- the exhaust system is missing a heat shield,- plastic parts are likely to break when impacted resulting in very sharp edges,- the handlebar levers are not ball-ended.In addition, fuel vapour vents in front of the rider and could be inhaled.The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
