The risk
The chambers of the actuator may not have been correctly assembled and the load from power spring and pressure is not fully taken. Under certain circumstances, the parking side and the service sides of the actuator could separate and the actuator could lose functionality. Ultimately this could lead to a loss of braking functionality and/or brake failure.
