A weld stud of insufficient strength on the third-row seatbelt anchorage bracket may result in the restraint system not functioning correctly in the event of an accident and affect occupant protection, leading to a risk of injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
