The risk
The coupling device was not installed at the correct height. As a result, an attached trailer could detach while driving, or components of the coupling device or drawbar could break, potentially causing loss of vehicle control or overturning and increasing the risk of accidents and injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
Product: Pick-up truck modified by second-stage manufacturer Edward Davies Commercials Limited.
