The defect
THE INVOLVED TIRES MAY DEVELOP TREAD CHUNKING IN THE CENTER TREAD AREA WHICH COULD CAUSE IMBALANCE AND VIBRATIONS. CONTINUED OPERATION COULD LEAD TO COMPLETE TIRE FAILURE.
The remedy
THE DEALER WILL INSTALL REPLACEMENT TIRES THAT WILL BE MOUNTED AND BALANCED FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECALL NOTIFICATION.
