A COTTER PIN THAT PREVENTS THE HINGE ATTACHING THE BRAKE PEDAL TO THE FLOOR FROM COMING APART MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED.
The remedy
INSPECT BRAKE PEDAL AND INSTALL COTTER PIN IF MISSING.
