| Bulletin | Summary |
|---|---|
| 11011837 | Certain Kona (SX2) vehicles may exhibit a dead battery concern linked to the Multimedia Keyboard (MKBD) logic. The MKBD may not enter sleep mode when the vehicle is turned OFF, causing the battery to be drained. Follow the procedure in this TSB to update the software for the MKBD to address this condition. |
| 11008135 | Some vehicles may exhibit a loss of connectivity or interruptions in the middle of using Connected Car Service (CCS) functions. This may be due to an occasional disconnection on Verizons communication network. Follow the procedures in this bulletin to reset the Connected Car Data Communication Unit (DCU) in Dealer Mode to resolve the connection. |
| 11000901 | Certain 2024MY Kona (SX2) vehicles may exhibit a rattle noise from the front passenger non-power (manual) seat while driving, caused by excessive tolerance within the seat track assembly. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to inspect the gap between the self-clinching stud and seat track and install the correct E-clip that corresponds to the gap size. |
| 10253275 | This TSB provides a procedure to diagnose and replace, if necessary, an automatic transmission with Incorrect Ratio DTC (transmission clutch slip in gear above limit) listed on Page 2. |
