VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL PIVOT BOLT ATTACHING NUT NOT TIGHTENED TO THE SPECIFIED TORQUE WHICH MAY RESULT IN A LOSS OF ABILITY TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE BRAKES.
