The issue

VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH TURBO-CHARGED V6 EDNGINES. ONE OR MORE TUBES IN THE ENGINE VACUUM HARNESS MAY BE PLUGGED CAUSING A LOSS OF ENGINE SPARK ADVANCE, LOSS OF EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR), LOSS OF EARLY FUEL EVAPORATION (EFE) AND/OR LOSS OF AIR FUNCTION. THESE VEHICLES WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH CANADA MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 1103 - EXHAUST EMISSIONS.
