VEHICLES WITH A SPRAGUE AIRPUSH WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM MAY HAVE A PARK/RUN VALVE WHICH CAN STICK IN THE PARK POSITION. THIS CONDITION MAY CAUSE THE WIPER TO FAIL TO START.
