The issue

VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED WITHOUT THE BRAKE PUSHROD TO PEDAL RETAINING PINS. THUS THE PUSHROD COULD DISENGAGE FROM THE BRAKE PEDAKL RESULTING IN LOSS OF SERVICE BRAKES.

Ces véhicules peuvent avoir eté construits sans les goupilles fixant la pédale de frein à la tige-poussoir. Dans ce cas, la tige peut se détacher de la pédale, isolant ainsi le circuit de freinage.
