The issue

THE BOLT WHICH SECURES THE ENGINE MOUNTED DRIVE TRAIN SPROCKET TO THE TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SUFFICIENTLY TIGHTENED. SHOULD THE BOLT BECOME LOOSE IT COULD ALLOW THE SPROCKET OR DRIVE CHAIN TO WEDGE IN THE FRAME AND LOCK THE REAR WHEEL.

Description (français)

Le boulon qui fixe le pignon d'entraînement du moteur à l'arbre de sortie de la boîte de vitesses, peut ne pas avoir été suffisamment serré et se desserrer en fonctionnement normal. Si ce boulon se desserre complètement, le pignon ou la chaîne d'entraînement peut se coincer sur le cadre et bloquer la roue arrière. Ce phénomène peut se produire brusquement entraînant une perte de maîtrise du véhicule et un risque d'accident.
