The issue

NOTE: KZ1000 P8/P9/P10 POLICE MOTORCYCLES. RSTRICTED OIL DELIVERY TO A PORTION OF THE CLUTCH ACTIVATING MECANISM COULD CAUSE ERRATIC AND INCONSISTENT CLUTCH OPERATION. THIS COULD PREVENT THE CLUTCH FROM RELEASING WHEN THE CLUTCH LEVER IS PULLED BY THE OPERATOR AND MAY HAVE THE EFFECT OF SURPRISING THE DRIVER WHO IS COMING TO A STOP, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN AN ACCIDENT. CORRECTION: OUTER BEARING RACE WILL BE INSPECTED FOR PROPER ALIGNMENT OF THE OIL SUPPLY HOLE. DEFECTIVE BEARINGS WILL BE REPLACED WITH A CORRECTED COMPONENT.

Un blocage dans l'alimentation en huile d'une partie du mécanisme de commande de l'embrayage peut entraîner un fonctionnement irrégulier et inégal. Cela peut empêcher l'embrayage de se désengager au moment où le conducteur tire sur le levier, ce qui peut le surprendre s'il voulait s'arrêter et causer un accident.
