The issue

LEFT OR RIGHT INNER TIE-ROD LOCK NUT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PROPERLY TORQUED. IF THE VEHICLE IS DRIVEN ON POOR ROADS FOR EXTENDED PERIODS, THE TIE-ROD COULD SEPARATE FROM THE STEERING ASSEMBLY CAUSING LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND POSSIBLE VEHICLE CRASH.

Le contre-écrou gauche ou droit de la barre d'accouplement peut ne pas avoir été serré au couple requis. Si le véhicule est conduit pendant longtemps sur mauvaises routes, la barre d'accouplement peut se separer de la timonerie de direction, provoquant ainsi une perte de maîtrise du véhicule et une, possibilité d'accident.
