The issue
ALL AMERICAN FORWARD CONTROL BUSES, AND COACHES. MATERIAL USED IN THE MANUFACTURE OF THE SPRING BRAKE HOSE IS SUSCEPTIBEL TO FAILURE DURING COLD WEATHER OPERATION. FAILURE OF THIS HOSE WOULD CAUSE UNEXPECTED APPLICATION OF THE SPRING BRAKES AND COULD CAUSE LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.

La gaine du câble du frein de secours a ressort est susceptible de se rommpre par temps froid. Là rupture de cette gaine peut provoquer l'application inopinée du frein de secours à ressort, ce qui peut causer une perte de maîtrise du véhicule.
