The issue

UNDER CERTAIN OPERATING CONDITIONS, WHERE MODERATE BRAKE STOPS ARE MADE, THE INERTIA LOCK MECHANISM MAY NOT FUNCTION ALLOWING THE SEAT BACK TO FOLD FORWARD, AND THE SEAT TO MOVE FORWARD. THIS COULD CAUSE PERSOANL INJURY BY PINNING THE OCCUPANT BETWEEN THE REAR SEAT AND THE BACK OF THE FRONT SEAT.

Dans certaines circonstances et à la suite d'un coup de frein modéré, le mécanisme de verrouillage par inertie du siège arrière peut ne pas fonctionner et permettre au dossier et au siège d'avancer. Cela peut causer des blessures aux personnes assises en les coinçant entre le siège arrière et le dossier du siège avant.
