The issue
THE STEERING ARM OF CARGOSTARS EQUIPPED WITH 10,800 OR 12,000 LB. CAPACITY FRONT AXLES MAY BECOME CRACKED AS THE RESULT OF REPEATED FULL-LOCK TURNS AT LOW SPEED OR DURING STAND-STILL MANEUVERS. IF COMPLETE FRACTURE OF THE STEERING ARM WERE TO OCCUR, IT WOULD RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.

Les bras de direction des camions Cargostar équipés d'essieux avant pouvant supporter 10 800 lb ou 12 000 lb peuvent se fissurer par suite de manoeuvres répétées de braquage à fond à faible vitesse ou à l'arrêt. Si le bras de direction vient à se briser, le conducteur peut alors perdre la maîtrise du véhicule.
