The issue
On certain vehicles, the heads of the rear seatbelt anchor bolts may break off during normal vehicle use and in the event of an accident in which the rear seatbelts are in use, the probability of injury to the wearer will be increased.

Sur certains véhicules, les têtes des boulons d'ancrage des ceintures de sécurité arrière peuvent se briser au cours de l'utilisation normale des véhicules. En cas d'accident, les risques de blessure sont augmentés pour les passagers qui portent ces ceintures.
