The issue

THESE VEHICLES MAY CONTAIN A PARK BRAKE ASSEMBLY WITH A PAWL THAT WAS IMPROPERLY HARDENED AND COULD YIELD UNDER LOAD. THIS COULD RESULT IN THE VEHICLE ROLLING AWAY UNCONTROLLED FROM A PARKED POSITION. CORRECTION: PARKING BRAKE ASSEMBLIES WILL BE REPLACED ON ALL AFFECTED VEHICLES. V.I.N.
