The issue

THE WELDED GUSSET SUPPORTING THE LOWER FUEL TANK STEP IS OF INSUFFICIENT STRENGTH. FAILURE OF THE GUSSET WELD CAN ALLOW THE STEP TO SUDDENLY SAG AND COULD RESULT IN INJURY TO A PERSON ENTERING OR LEAVING THE CAB. CORRECTION: AN END PLATE THAT WILL TIE TOGETHER THE UPPER AND LOWER STEPS WILL BE INSTALLED.

Le gousset de montage soudé du marchepied inférieur du réservoir d'essence n'est pas suffisamment résistant. La soudure risque de céder, laissant le marchepied sans soutien; si une personne monte dans la cabine ou en descend, elle risque de se blesser.
