The issue

THE FRAME MOUNTED FUEL FILTER MAY CRACK AT THE FUEL INLET MOUNTING NUT AS A RESULT OF FLEXING AND ALLOW FUEL LEAKAGE. THIS COULD CREATE THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE FIRE. CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED FOR CORRECT FUEL FEED PIPE INSTALLATION AND A NEW INTERMEDIATE FUEL FEED PIPE ASSEMBLY AND FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY WILL BE INSTALLED IF REQUIRED.

Sous l'effet de la flexion, le filtre à carburant monté sur cadre peut se fissurer au niveau de l'écrou de fixation du coté admission, entraînant une fuite de carburant, d'où un risque d'incendie.
