The issue

IN VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH 7.3 LITRE DIESEL ENGINES, THE SOUND INSULATOR ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DASH PANEL MAY CONTACT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD RESULTING IN THERMAL DEGRADATION OF THE INSULATOR AND POSSIBLE IGNITION OF THE INSULATOR RESULTING IN A VEHICLE FIRE. CORRECTION: INSULATOR WILL BE MODIFIED ON AFFECTED VEHICLES.

Sur les véhicules dotés du moteur diesel de 7, 3 L, l'isolation acoustique sur l'extérieur du tableau de bord peut entrer en contact avec le collecteur d'échappement. L'isolant peut alors subir une dégradation par la chaleur, prendre feu et causer un incendie.
