The issue

THE STEERING WHEEL CENTRE HUB TO SPOKE WELD MAY FRACTURE. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND A CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND STEERING WHEELS REPLACED WHERE NECESSARY.

La soudure entre le moyeu et le rayon du volant peut se briser. Il se pourrait alors que le conducteur perde la maîtrise du véhicule et subisse un accident. Correction: Les véhicules devront être inspectés et les volants remplacés au besoin.
