THIS CONDITION COULD ALLOW THE HELMET TO MOVE POSITION ON THE USER'S HEAD, THEREBY PRESENTING A RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY. CORRECTION: HELMETS WILL BE INSPECTED AND REPLACED IF NECESSARY.
