The issue
Certain motorcyles do not comply with CMVSS 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. Failure of one or more turn signal lamps would not be indicated to the operator of the vehicle by a noticeable change in the flashing rate of the turn signal indicator light. Correction: Turn signal flasher unit will be replaced.

Certaines motocyclettes ne satisfont pas aux exigences de la NSVAC 108 - Système d’éclairage et dispositifs rétroréflecteurs. Quand une ou plusieurs lampes de clignotants ont grillé, il ne se produit pas de changement perceptible de la fréquence de clignotement de la lampe témoin des clignotants pour avertir le conducteur du véhicule. Correction : La centrale des clignotants devra être remplacée sur les véhicules visés.
