The issue
On certain snowmobiles, the bolts securing the starter ring gear to the drive clutch could loosen and allow the starter ring gear to become jammed and break into pieces. This could result in personal injury to the operator and/or bystanders. Correction: Ring gear assemblies will be replaced.

Sur certaines motoneiges, il se peut que les boulons qui fixent la couronne dentée du démarreur à son embrayage se desserrent et qu’en conséquence la couronne dentée se coince et se brise en morceaux, ce qui pourrait blesser le conducteur ou un tiers. Correction : La couronne dentée et les pièces connexes devront être remplacées.
