The issue
Certain vehicles do not comply with Regulation 6 - Statement of Compliance. The cargo carrying capacity on the Weight Information Label may be wrong. A wrong value of the maximum cargo capacity may mislead the owner into overloading the motorhome above the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of the vehicle. Correction: A new cargo carrying capacity label with a revised value, along with installation instructions will be sent to owners of affected vehicles..

Certains véhicules ne satisfont pas aux exigences du Règlement 6 - Déclaration de conformité. Il se peut que l’information sur la capacité de chargement inscrite sur l’étiquette de conformité soit incorrecte. Une mesure de capacité de charge maximale erronée peut induire le propriétaire en erreur et lui faire charger la roulotte au-dessus du poids nominal brut du véhicule (PNBV). Correction : Une étiquette de capacité de chargement corrigée et des instructions pour la poser devront être envoyées aux propriétaires des véhicules visés.
